 Fully Complete The Order And Send It To HomeLife Corporate Along With Your Credit Card Information Or Cheque.

 You Will Receive The Cards You Ordered Accompanied With Customer Information Forms.

 To Assign A Reward Card To A Specific Customer Fill Out The Customer Information Form. Your Client Will Be Able To Redeem Their Points Only After We Receive Their Information.
 
  • HomeLife Corporate Will Administer All Facets Of This Program.
  • Points Can Be Redeemed By Your Clients At Any Time. Points Must Be Redeemed Within Twelve Months Of Their Issued Date.
  • If An Activated Card Is Lost, It Must Be Reported To HomeLife Corporate Immediately For Cancellation. Otherwise, It Can Be Cashed.

Special Disclaimer: The HomeLife Gold Reward Points Program, herein called the HGRPP, is designed exclusively for HomeLife Franchisees and its Sales Representatives. However, some HomeLife Member Sales Representatives may choose not to participate in the program. Consult your HomeLife Franchisee Sales Representative if he/she is participating in the HGRPP. If he or she is not offering the program, you will not be entitled to receive HGRPP Reward Points. Presently, HGRPP Reward Points are redeemable only by way of cash, via HomeLife Realty Services Inc. by simply calling 1-800-668-0186. HomeLife Reward Points will be redeemed at the rate of 1,000,000 points to $100 dollars. You have one year from receipt of HGRPP Reward Points to redeem them. The amount of HGRPP Reward Points awarded to a customer is strictly within the authority of each individual Sales Representative of the HomeLife Franchisee.
